1. All Sales Are Final Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. For health and safety reasons, food items cannot be returned once they have left our kitchen. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

2. Shipping & Handling We take great pride in our packaging. Your meringue cookies are packed with premium materials to protect them from humidity and breakage during transit within Florida.

3. Damages during Shipping While we package every order with the utmost care, meringue cookies are fragile by nature. Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS), YarlyMiniMart is not responsible for breakage, delays, or damage caused by rough handling or weather conditions.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the box and the contents. We will review each case individually to find a fair resolution.
